This is the north end of pool with the golf course in background. The fence is approximately eighteen feet off pool’s edge, and on top of a thirty inch berm left from the initial pool dig.

Looking back to house (south), all of the steps/risers are at different heights and with three different types of materials (Concrete, Wood, and Brick). Another flaw of the original design was an eighteen inch walking path between the gazebo and the pool’s edge.

The crew is installing a step to the raised patio, from the sidewalk that connects to the driveway.

A silt fence was installed to protect and control the erosion of the site leaking to the creek on the golf course. A tree trimming company drove over the silt fence without any regards to its necessity.

The water feature creates for a great focal point at the end of the pool, and generates a tranquil “white noise,” that echoes throughout “the Poolside Experience.”
