Front of Residence - Sandstone boulder retaining wall installed to accommodate plant material and accomodate the elevation change from street to the circular driveway.

West Side Keystone Retaining Wall with accented Boulders -the seating wall prevents erosion on a narrow lot line where the client wanted as much height as possible along with trees and shrubs to screen out neighbors. Irrigation and Drainage System being installed in trenches as well.

East Side Boulder Retaining Wall - The client wanted as much height as possible right on the boundary of the property to accommodate as much plant material as possible to screen the neighbor.

Entryway Sculpture - Focal areas were installed with concrete poured pads to accommodate this artwork supplied by the client. The sculpture was carefully placed by a team of people with a Track Hoe Excavator (used as a crane) and Chains.

Drainage and Irrigation System in process as well as the prepping for the patio base.

Drainage Bog/ Pond which is built upon a 20 foot deep french drain which is filled with river rock. The bog's purpose is to accomodate all water run off from the property and prevent it from going into the street or lake per subdivision covenants and restrictions. The French drain was dug by a large Track Hoe Excavator.

Stream Bed Waterway & Fire Pit built into the Paver Patio - This shows the length of the streambed as it travels down near the Lake. The Boulder placement was very difficult on the hillside due to incline and was done 1 at a time with an track hoe excavator.

Eco Pool - this eco pool was desired by the client to be swimmable so it could be used as place to cool off during the hot summer months. The water is continuously recycled from a 12,000 gallon plastic tank buried at the bottom of the hill which is separate from the bog/ drainage system.

Paver Patio System accented by Idaho Sandstone with Lichen - this picture shows the detail of the cultured stone wall, paver patios laid on keystone blocks which houses the downspout drainage system and night lighting installed into the keystone wall overlooking the eco pool.

Fire Pit and Paver Patio Seating Area - this is the clients favorite spot where they can have an evening gathering around the fire pit and eco pool while taking in the sights and sounds of the waterfalls which is accented with a weeping blue atlas cedar.

Stream bed nestled in amongst Sandstone and Perenial grasses - the stream bed travels away from the eco pool down towards the lake.

Sandy Beach and Basalt Retaining Wall - each property is required in this subdivision to have a beach area. The Sand was hauled in by a dump truck and placed carefully with a front end loader as was the Basalt rock wall. The wall and plantings help mitigate runoff from the property while maintaining the integrity of the beach.

Clients Sculpted Art & Water Feature - This area was built with a concrete vault and pad and recirculating pump system to accomodate the clients very expensive sculptures/ water features. This features area was graded out and leveled and built with a sandstone retaining wall and ground cover to provide an unique, isolated and stable area.

Back Patio Paver System - This shows the entirety of the paver system which provides ample square footage for entertaining and and stable footing for the clients sculptures. The patio allows the client and guests to enjoy all of the sights and sounds of the waterfalls, streambed, landscape and lake. The client particularly enjoys the sunrise and sunset over the lake while sitting on the patio.
