This shows the front yard before it was remodeled. All the existing Boxwoods were left and filled in "as-needed", hedged properly with crisp templates, while new Azalea beds were properly prepped and planted behind the formal boxwood hedges, along with groundcover and newly defined seasonal color beds. Additional planters to match the French look were irrigated and planted with formal Pyramidal Boxwoods and color.

View as you entered into the back yard showing the lush vibrant green synthetic lawn, Boxwood hedges in the foreground with Roses in the background beginning to bloom. A large specimen Cathedral Live was installed just beyond this gated entry to give added privacy and shade walking into this private oasis in the city.

Before shot of the back yard view from the back porch. The old back yard was a mixture of rundown poorly maintained Boxwoods, Roses, Loropetalum, trees and color beds with disease and fungus ridden turf due to poor existing drainage.
-
View of back yard from the back patio during the daytime showing the new pool, water features, pool deck with synthetic turf as the joints and large specimen Patio Savannah Holly framing the backside of the water wall also masking the unsightly power lines in the background.

View from the back porch looking onto the water wall and spa at dusk. This photo shows the night-time view of this back yard with the newly installed specimen Patio Savannah Holly lit up and surrounding planters with seasonal color accenting this formal design. The tight, crisp synthetic turf patterns break up this large amount of pool deck so as not to make this tight space feel like a concrete jungle.

Night-time view looking back across the outdoor dinning table, across the spa toward the Azalea bed and planters focusing toward a second speicmen Cathedral Live Oak in the background giving immediate size in this otherwise small space.

View from the back of the pool looking back towards the back porch showing the many planters surrounding the space giving a garden-like feel to this outdoor space. The planters were installed to "soften" all the newly added hardscape as well as provide "bursts" of color throughout.

View looking across the pool towards the chase lounge chairs. This also shows a close-up view of the water wall planters and the trailing ivy which was an important piece to the design for the landscape architect so as to soften the water wall.
