Aerial site photo – Before; old boulders in the back yard were re-used.
-
The Vermillion river setback forced limited extension of living spaces toward the river, as indicated by the old boulders in the foreground. The design had to stretch across the back of the house.
-
In Prog: Removed old deck and steps. Clients wanted an outdoor bar underneath a new deck with a storage room for pool toys and outdoor furniture plus an added grill area. Existing stone-clad deck columns were saved. The slab for the storage room and outdoor kitchen/added grill area poured with footings.
