Before photo showing the drab and dilapidated landscape with beds aligned by moss boulders and plantings not fitting of this French style home.
-
After view from the same angle showing the newly constructed raised beds made from cut limestone and aligned with evergreen boxwoods and variegated pittosporum and Azaleas behind for contrasting greens and color. This also shows the enlarged turf space so as to give the appearance of a larger lot. All these raised planters we created and designed so as to allow proper drainage and leveling of the lawn.

Before picture from the street looking onto the front door. Again showing the deteriorated turf and raised beds lined by large moss boulders not fitting of this French style home. The lead walkway was a stained concrete with its color not tying into anything else within the property.

View from the back porch onto the new synthetic turf lawn, lined by planting beds with color, boxwoods, azaleas, variegated pittosporum, Nelly R Stevens holly used for privacy and an ornamental Japanese maple anchoring the back corner. The synthetic turf lawn was designed and created to turn a non-usable mosquito ridden space that suffered from poor drainage and shade problems. The homeowner desired for their young child to have a safe space to freely play and not create a muddy mess.

-
View looking back after leaving this grand renovation once again seeing the key time, energy and effort spent on creating a classic space.
