Photo during construction showing the tight quarters and larger than normal amount of man power in order to complete this job within the homeowners timeframe. At any given moment there were 3 - 4 tradesman or sub-contractors working in this confined back yard. HVAC subs, pool subs, decking/stone masons, electrical subs, etc..There was barely enough room for one skid steer in order to lift & place the large 200 gallon Cathedral Live Oaks along the back fence and the 14' tall Nellie R. Stevens Holly along the neighboring fence so as to get an immediate privacy screen day 1 after completion. Much supervision and direction by management was crucial to this portion of the project success!
