As you approach the courtyard from the street, you can’t help but feel a sense of serenity from the dry creek that is created from New Mexico River Gravel and Sunburst Boulders. The area is a drainage swale and relocates water from the courtyard to the area pictured above. This section of the property includes a wide variety of plant material, featuring Firecracker Fern, Bi-color Iris, Live Oak trees, Giant Liriope, Retema, Texas Mountain Laurel, and St Augustine turf.
