Formerly a visual garden with low planters filled with pachsyandra, this area was redesigned as a "private terrace" that could be rented to larger groups for private events.

The "private terrace" featured a larger BBQ counter complete with an outdoor sink, along with corian countertops.

While there are multiple sitting areas, the central lawn unifies this large terrace, and the building will be planning outdoor communal events like movie screens on the lawn.

In the evenings, the terrace lighting transforms the space, offering yet another way for residents to enjoy this great amenity.
