We had to add a swinging door the synthetic wood screen to allow easy access for regular maintenance of the HVAC system that sits behind.

Working the new wood paving pattern into the existing concrete pavers. The client's budget did not allow for us to relay the concrete pavers to match our desired pattern. Concrete pavers had to be cut on site to fit.

This is a plan of the roof. To the south sits the lounge area. At the northwest corner sits the grill and pergola spaces. The roof's entry is located at the northeast corner.
