Before, the yard nothing but a large sloped lawn with a perimeter of plantings.

Construction started with clearing all turf and grading.

Gunite pool shell is in and the forms are ready to be stripped. Next step is to grade the yard and prepare the paver base.

The client added the construction of the garage that was supposed to be built in the next phase. This created access and schedule issues now the yard had two separate projects going on at the same time with no change in our scheduled completion date.

The outdoor kitchen is complete with all stainless cabinets, high end appliances, and gas/wood fired pizza oven. The pergola completes the space and provides areas for lighting and dappled shade.

The pergola is starting to patina and safely blend in with the stone, pavers, and pool tile. Our client loves this gourmet kitchen and pizza oven.
