This was a recent installation of a mature Magnolia tree. The install height was over 15 feet and a crane was needed for install, As the focal point of the property the maintenance contractor is continually watering, fertilizing and watching for any distress on this one-of a kind signature tree.

This Magnolia Tree was carefully selected to be the centerpiece of the property, valued at $14,000.

This sign is visible from the main road off the interstate so a very high volume traffic area. As other plants are cultivated around it pruning, weeding and litter control is needed throughout the week.

Another turf area surrounding the building, keeping weed and irrigating the turf property during the 90 plus degree summers is a challenge.

Trees are planted that lead up to the Magnolia Tree as the older vegetation is replaced.

The canopy on the trees were trimmed back o allow sun to touch the turf. Fertilization and Plant health care brought the entrance area back to high quality class A property standards.
