The full view of the front brick wall shows the different flower heights selected to add layers to the annual beds with different varieties of color for each tier. Taller cosmos in the back help soften and conceal the wall while shorter, yellow zinnias line the fore-front.

Pots were included in this hardscape area along the driveway and garages to soften the view for the owners as they come and go. This was designed per their request to add life and color to often overlooked areas. An eco-friendly potting mix was used on all pottery plantings.

This area was especially challenging due to the sun/shade exposure mix. The SunPatiens were selected since they tolerate both sun and shade and continuously bloom while needing very little deadheading.

This cluster of pots surround the pool deck to soften up the hardscapes. Selections include coleus, zinnias, petunias and sweet potato vine mixed in with ornamental centerpieces such as boxwood's and Fine Line buckthorns.

This is the view of the pool area from the upper patio used by our client to entertain guests. This shows the maturity of the landscape that requires periodic pruning and tree care along with weekly bed maintenance and mowing.

This estate started as a backyard renovation project with our design and construction team and has been maintained and managed by our maintenance division for numerous years since then. This sunny perennial bed includes black-eyed susans, an assortment of grasses and deciduous trees.

This north-facing section of the property is a great place to incorporate different varieties of hostas and other shade-loving perennials and shrubs. Irrigation management is especially important in this area due to low exposure to the sun and the need to not over-water.

Turf management around hardscapes provide a clean pathway between the pool and gazebo area. Boulders add a dimension to the large expanse of turf area but create the need for very detailed mowing practices.

Flagstone pathways between perennial gardens provide the owners with a lush and colorful way to explore their well-manicured landscape. Extra detail is given to perennials to avoid overgrowth impending their pathway.
