Shelter Creek has a lot of pathways with groundcover that has to be edged frequently. Ivy is very common to be found all over the place.

This site has many rose bushes and rose trees throughout that require a lot of detailing and natural pruning.

Shrubs are maintained naturally (no hedge trimmers allowed on site). Landscape is very matured.

Wisteria vines are found everywhere. they required a lot of attention during growth season. These vines make the place look unique.

High Trellises support these vines. This is a challenge to get them pruned, especially because they have to be done with hand pruners (no hedgers or shears allowed)

Pool areas have to be serviced before 9am during the Summer due to lots of people use them all the time. All is done with natural pruning.

One of the most beautiful areas that residents enjoy the most. The largest lawn areas are here. Residents like the turf green all the time. Because of the terrain shape, drainage is a big issue here. Watering enough to keep it green, but not to much to create water puddles.

Lights have to be clear from the landscape, but trees and shrubs were planted right next to them.

Rhododendros are the most attractive shrubs. they have to be detailed by hand after blooming and they are fertilized twice every year. Since they are matured plants they are normally 15 ft tall which makes it difficult to prune back.

The variety of colors for shrubs and trees is what makes this place special and very attractive to all residents.

Matured Landscape (over 30 year!) and some shrubs are over 15 ft tall. These are hard to prune as they have to be done by hand (no shears or hedge trimmers allowed)
