The pergola and shed space from the lower terrace. The cedar fencing at left houses the pool equipment. The pergola has solar powered louvres that can be closed to create a roof in inclement weather.

This is the view from the rear left corner. The flagstone pattern was interrupted to put in a trench drain to drain the pool deck to the rain garden in front

Photo standing on the front walkway looking at house. The plantings to the left are the start of the rain garden to drain the rear and all of the roof gutters on the house

Picture of rain garden wall at front. It rises due to governemnt requirements of using the wall as the berm for the rain garden. EPDM liner was required to be installed inside the wall to water proof the wall so water could not leach from the wall before the rain garden absorbed it

Aerial view of rear. Notice the @Zuri boardwalk behind the chaise lounges. This provoded an area to drain the rear pool deck into a system under the decking and capture it for collection at the rain garden. The @Zuri decking provoded a nice detail into the very large flagstone pool deck. This photo also depicts the perimeter plantings and the grade difference in this living space
