This Decomposed Granite area with 10-inch Limestone Chop Block Border is an original seating space, bordered by Sago, Dianella, Parryi Agave, Giant Liriope, Asian Jasmine, Dwarf Yaupon, Texas Red Bud, Texas Mountain Laurel, St Augustine turf, and New Mexico River Gravel.

As you enter the courtyard from building IV, bright greenery greets you from every direction, accented by the New Mexico River Gravel. Big Blue Liriope, Butterfly Iris, Variegated Liriope, Foxtail Fern, Texas Red Bud, and Windmill Palms make up this spectacular area.

The exit from building III into the courtyard provides tenants with beautiful green scenery as they walk the trail that winds throughout.
