Peterkort Centre is a collection of three buildings owned by the Peterkort family. The front entrance features their signature spring color combination of white, red, and pink annuals bordering the foreground.

Shaded lunch areas give tenants and guests an opportunity to relax outside.

Our team trims the trees as needed and keeps the walkways clear of any leaves and debris.

Shrubs are trimmed away from the building so as not to damage the brick.

Japanese maples and full ground cover represent the landscape of the lush Pacific Northwest.

Shared parking lots connect the buildings and must be completely clear of ice and snow during winter to protect guests, especially hospital patients.

The side entrance features the same color combination as the front. In the fall, the color is rotated to white, yellow, and blue.

Before: Runoff drained slowly, causing damage to the turf and the side of the building.

After: The new dry riverbed is an aesthetically-pleasing solution to disperse excess rainwater.

This beautiful round planter marks the center of the property. Our team replaces color as needed to maintain a fresh, clean look.
