Demolition of existing 1950's fuel station and grading of future park site.

Specialized skill was required to layout and dig the Etherea Art structure footings. Since no engineering plan was available, all dimension had been hand set.

Art structure is 51ft tall and needed to be installed with hydrologic man lift.
