Furnishings (by Colin Griffith of Griffith Interior Design) were selected for easy and intuitive navigation around all of the home’s outdoor spaces.

Parkland Pillar birch trees and other various plantings help to screen the corner-lot home from cars and passersby.

An elevated front patio with a floating step and track lighting defines the hardscape from the landscape; provides an extra layer of safety at night; and helps with drainage by dispersing water away from the house and into the lawn.

Large container plantings sit on 3x3 steppers, framing the large accordion glass window on the front of the home and continuing the cohesive design through the interiors and to the backyard.
