Quayside Main Entrance - Quayside Landscape Management program requires a full time team of 7 gardeners and 1 Customer Relations Manager to ensure the property receives world class service.

St. Agustine Turf is mowed approximately 42 times per year to maintain a height between 4-6 inches

The recovery efforts after hurricane Irma required 4 crews working 12 hr shifts 7 days per week for one month & 2 crews working 12 Hr shifts for 6 days for an additional 2 months.

Palm pruning is completed a minimum of twice per year to remove all dead fronds and seed pods

There are a total of 7 pool areas throughout Quayside. Three of them are over garages and all large trees and understory plants are planted in large planters creating an elevated oasis around the pool areas
