The large scale of the site is centered around a 1.2 million square foot factory.

Installation of the project's landscape took over 6 months to complete.

Roadways and walking paths around the building feature planting beds and crape myrtles.

The landscape contractor worked with the GC and other trades as portions of the building completed.

Office areas where applicants and guests will arrive received more tropical elements.

After installation, stakes and pine straw were installed to protect young trees and shrubs.

Office break areas include trees for shade around building entries.

Covered porches and open fields will host employee gatherings once operations begin.

One major feature of the plant was meant to be this walking trail area.
