The trees are expertly edged and mulched, while the site itself is meticulously mowed, covering over 1,032,336 square feet to maintain a pristine appearance.

The site also features ornamental grasses that add a touch of summer beauty with their vibrant and graceful appearance.

From this aerial shot, you can see the lines from the installation of a new irrigation smart controller system between 2021 and 2022. Taken in late summer 2022, the turf had not yet fully recovered, but it has since returned to its lush, healthy state.

This new irrigation system features a Baseline controller with six soil moisture sensors tailored to various microclimates on the site, along with a 4-inch hydrometer that monitors flow rates and communicates with the controller to manage high and low flow scenarios.

OCLC receives 130 flats of flowers annually including tropical plants, creating vibrant and beautiful displays for the enjoyment of employees.
