4- The Arts District Garage houses the irrigation wiring and cistern. Water falling on the rest of the property, essentially a giant French Drain, fills the cistern used for irrigation.

5- Ornamental grasses, shrubs and large trees. We administer tree injections for iron chlorosis in the established oak trees, to preserve these valuable assets.
