The 5 miles of walking trails meander through the Oregon White Oak Tree preserve. These trails are one of the most popular amenities for the residents and heavily used.

The sloped turf along the north side of the main drive endures a full southern exposure and poses a challenge for our teams to properly water and keep green, especially with a 3 day/week watering restriction

This is a 55 and over active adult community and there are always plenty of residents out walking. Enjoying the summer bloom of the common bed areas are a daily joy for many residents.

To provide instant impact and attract new buyers, the original installation was heavily planted with a mix of ornamental grasses. We have begun selective removal to keep the beds to scale and to mitigate safety concerns for drivers, especially at intersections.

Our crews work hard to allow the plant material to grow in their natural form while still keeping them contained within bed areas and not allowing them to touch homes
